VYRE Terms of Service

Welcome to VYRE. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VYRE mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using VYRE, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VYRE.

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are legally permitted to use the Service;

  • The information you provide is accurate;

  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

VYRE provides fitness tracking, workout organization, exercise guidance, and related tools for informational purposes only.

VYRE is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or exercise program.

You acknowledge that participation in exercise and physical activity involves risks, including injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the Service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • All activity occurring under your account;

  • Providing accurate information.

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

VYRE offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“VYRE Premium”).

Subscription Terms

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings.

Available Plans

VYRE may offer monthly and annual subscription options.

Pricing may vary by region and is displayed within the app prior to purchase.

Free Features

Certain app functionality may be available without a subscription.

Promotional Access

VYRE may occasionally grant promotional or complimentary premium access at its sole discretion.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create within VYRE, including:

  • Workout routines

  • Notes

  • Exercise videos

  • Custom exercises

  • Progress tracking data

By uploading content, you grant VYRE a limited license to host, store, process, and display the content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates laws;

  • Infringes intellectual property rights;

  • Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;

  • Interfere with app security or functionality;

  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service;

  • Circumvent subscription restrictions or feature limitations.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through the app.

8. Intellectual Property

The VYRE app, branding, logos, designs, and software are owned by VYRE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access;

  • Accuracy of workout data;

  • Error-free operation;

  • Fitness or health outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYRE shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages;

  • Loss of data;

  • Personal injury;

  • Damages arising from use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
